Delicate, vibrant wine with balance and freshness, with almost imperceptible woody notes, voluminous, and with sufficient concentration to suggest that it comes from the oldest vines in the Barragem and Mouchão Velho vineyards. Alentejo and hence the use of the classification Vinho Regional Alentejano.
Produced from hand-picked Verdelho grapes, fermentation begins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before finishing the main fermentation in new French oak barrels. Left to rest, battoning takes place during the first 12 weeks after 6 months of barrel aging and before bottling.
Contains sulfites.
