Notes of menthol, cassis and black plums harmonized with elegant toasted nuances. In the mouth it is a structured, deep wine with soft tannins. The end of the tasting is very long and persistent.
In vinification, the destemming is total and the fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with temperature control, where the treading is done by robot.
Malolactic fermentation and aging in new French oak barrels for 15 months.
Cabernet Sauvignon Monovarietal. Ruby color changing to garnet. Typical aroma of ripe Cabernet with notes of fresh black currant, dry grass and light nuances of red pepper, lots of spice and graphite. It fills the mouth, almost chews, with great force and power, leaving a wide, spicy and fresh aftertaste.
