This vineyard is called Casa Branca due to the existence of a gem of salt that exists in the subsoil of this plot. This gem of salt is related to the past between Earth and the Atlantic.
The harvest was carried out in mid-August according to the weather conditions and the maturation of the grapes. The curls are selected and picked manually. Winemaking maintains a balance between winemaking traditions and new technologies, knowledge and trends. This white wine was in contact with the films for 3 days. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out with indigenous yeasts. During alcoholic fermentation, the must undergoes battonage until the producer and winemaker think it is enough. This white wine normally ages in vats for 12-18 months, and can naturally undergo malolactic fermentation due to the low sulfur content and for being in contact with fine lees and some thick lees.
