Our main mission is to make known and safeguard the vast gastronomic heritage of the Alentejo Region, which constitutes an invaluable legacy, crucial for the affirmation of its historical and cultural identity and for the development of the important role of micro-enterprises of small producers
Our activity is based from the beginning on an identity of the Alentejo Region, on the development and growth of the market for regional, organic products, certified products with the DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) or IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) seal, in addition to products with medals at fairs, for its excellence, quality and differentiation, favoring local producers, from Alentejo, who meet this requirement.
Our path is guided by a careful and rigorous selection and by the constant search for the best products and services, with a constant expansion of the range of goods that we make available to our customers.
We intend to grow by establishing lasting relationships with our customers, suppliers, producers and partners, adding value to micro and small businesses and thus increasing and strengthening the competitiveness of inland territories and contributing to the Enhancement of the Interior and also to the growing valuation of endogenous resources promoting the sustainability of the Alentejo and increasing the territorial cohesion of the Alentejo.
