With several recognized properties, depending on the plant used, plant infusions can be inspiring or, quite simply, contribute to a pleasant and refreshing moment on hot days, or a warmer and comforting moment on cold days. Drink one every day.

use - Pour 2 / 3 tablespoons, or 10 grs of tea in about 2/3 deciliters of cold water. Bring to a boil and let it boil for 5 minutes. Remove and leave to infuse. After straining, take 3 times a day, between meals, warm or cold, with or without sugar or sweetener.
