Horses born and bred in the Vale das Éguas raced at the hippodrome of the Roman baths of Miróbriga, which were chosen for their unique characteristics of competitiveness, resistance, speed and elegance. Today, in the same valley, there is the Herdade do Cebolal vineyard that produces this elegant and balanced wine, with a good aroma and a smooth finish.
