Wine from Alentejo grape varieties (60% Arinto, 40% Antão Vaz) whose vinification is total destemming with smooth skin maceration, controlled pressing, undergoes a natural static clarification for fermentation to occur at 15°C. As a result, 50% of the wine was aged for 12 months in medium toasted French oak barrels and a further 6 months in the bottle. Tasting notes are: citrus color in abundant greenish tones, intense aroma with a mix of complexity and fruity notes.
