Very open color, ruby, intense fresh nose, notes of bitter red fruit, pomegranate notes of graphite. Very thin, elegant, tense attack a lot of depth and tension. A red that shows that Alentejo can be something else.

A red with good acidity to accompany complex fatty fish and well seasoned meats.

Store at 14ºC to be served at 16ºC and drunk at 18ºC. Alcohol content of 14 %Vol .
