Short cold maceration; traditional fermentation in skins in open vats, with controlled temperature at 26 ºC; Aging for 18 months in French oak.

Very intense, opaque color, strong and complex aroma, reminiscent of very ripe fruits, balanced acidity, great taste, full-bodied and long.
It should be served at 18º and decanted before serving.
Excellent with grilled meats, roasts and cheese.
