A nectar of balanced structure, good color, but with some complexity.
Wine that has everything to be even better in three or four years, which improves a lot with aging inside the bottle itself. It is a wine that grows in the bottle.
Very intense ruby color, the nose is imposing and with a lot of complexity, aromas of ripe black fruits, cocoa, notes of spice and light balsamic. In the mouth it is powerful, the barrel is very well integrated, with creaminess and harmony, fine but firm tannins, well-crafted acidity, and an extremely long finish.
JÁ TE DISSE is intended for a demanding wine connoisseur, who values the most natural and genuine side of life. This is a wine from a small vineyard, but whose details make it unique.
The JÁ TE DISSE wine is produced based on the best environmental practices, duly certified, resulting from an integrated production.
Te Disse is the new Alentejo wine, a project that aims to replicate in Estremoz the greatness of Burgundy wines, "with very small and limited productions, but of a quality far above average"
Half of the production is thrown away, about six weeks before the harvest (the so-called weeding of bunches), precisely to intensify the quality of the remaining grapes, thus promoting a greater concentration of tannins and sugar content. The harvest is completely manual and carried out at dawn, so that the grapes arrive at the cellar with all their freshness preserved.
Contains sulfites.
