The grapes were harvested at the end of August and September, dictated by weather conditions and the
ripening of the grapes. The bunches of grapes are selected and picked manually. The wine was fermented and aged without temperature control in clay presses and stainless steel fermentation vats for one year.
Aging: The wine ages in French oak barrels for one to two years.
