Vinification: Manual harvest. Total clearance. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 3 days. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature at 26 / 27ºC. Aging for 1 year in new 300L French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Garnet in color, offering excellent aromatic complexity with tones of ripe fruit and a light touch of spice. In the mouth, it is full-bodied, with a clear presence of well-ripened tannins, it shows a good complexity, ending with a prolonged aftertaste.
