Caste: Castelão
Open ruby color due to little contact with the skin. Floral and notes of red fruits, with a slight smoky/toasted aroma. In the mouth it is fresh and elegant, with fine tannins.
Serve perfect between 10 / 12ºC.

It goes well with Sashimi, carpaccio, seafood, white meats, Italian and vegetarian food.
