The vineyard of this wine has a continental Mediterranean climate, with hot and dry days, with great daily thermal amplitudes and calcareous soils.
In vinification, the harvest is manual, with skin maceration for 8 hours and fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 12ºC, for 8 weeks. “Battonage” for 4 weeks.
White Wine Alento is a Regional Alentejo wine. Produced solely from Portuguese grape varieties. It is a citrus colored wine. The aroma is also citrusy, with some mineral notes. In the mouth it is balanced, with good well-integrated acidity, which gives it more freshness and length.

Hand picking. Maceration by skin contact for 8 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at 12ºC for 5 weeks.
Citrus color. In its aroma, it gives an equally citrus quality and some mineral notes. It is well balanced in the mouth, with a good level of acidity, offering greater freshness and lasting quality. You should be drunk young.
