PROOF
The Gallinago (Arito Ferdinand saucer) is a citrus - colored white and intense aroma of ripe fruit with tropical notes and well integrated white flowers with lightly toasted notes of the stage in French oak barrels.
Total destemming, pressing the grapes. Vinification in stainless steel vats, with fermentation temperatures at around 15º C. Aging for 4 months in French and American wood.
It should be served at temperatures of 6º to 8º C.
