Total destemming followed by vinification by the traditional method of tanning in Algerian and coated cement vats, with fermentation temperatures between 27-29º C.
Aging for 12 in French oak barrels of 225 liters.
It should be served at temperatures of 16-18ºC.
Longevity of 8 years.
