Vinification by the traditional method of tanning in Algerian vats, with fermentation temperatures at around 24º C. Aging for 18 months in French oak barrels
It should be served at temperatures of 16º to 18º C, with buttery cheeses, game dishes and red meat, fatty fish/oven.
