Red Wines
It has an intense color, accentuated aroma of red fruit jams well involved with tea notes, balanced acidity, firm and persistent tannins.
It should be decanted before serving, at a temperature of 18ºC, with meat dishes.
Alentejo Regional Wine
Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional
Vinification - Light cold maceration; traditional tanning fermentation in mills at a temperature of 26ºC; 12 months of aging in French oak wood.
Longevity - 3 to 5 years
Store in bottles in a cool, dark place, between 12 and 13ºC and 60% relative humidity.
