Monochastic Viognier, this wine from a selected batch of a 15-year-old vineyard, planted in clay-limestone soil and located in the Estremoz area.
It is harvested completely manually at dawn in August 2020.
The history of the creation of the brand has many curiosities, Já Te Disse was a dog and his grandfather's hunting companion, whose name comes from a rabble that made his grandchildren laugh. "What's the dog's name?" to which the grandfather replied “I already told you.” “But what have you said?” people asked
Já Te Disse is a new wine brand from the Estremoz region. Limited edition wines, born from a vineyard of only 1 hectare, in a terroir particularly suitable for creating quality wines for the most demanding connoisseurs and which can also be stored for long years. The producer is Pedro Patrício and the winemaker is Joachim Roque, a Portuguese-French winemaker with a lot of experience in international wine projects such as Bordeaux, Côtes du Rhone and Napa Valley, among others.
Making the wine in the vineyard is the concept, with sufficient interventions on the ground and strictly and minimally necessary in the cellar.
