Winemaker - Pedro Batista

Aged in oak wood, they are wines with good structure, elegant and that combine the aromas of the grape varieties used with a persistent and complex flavor.

When the grapes are considered perfectly ripe, they are carefully picked and taken to the cellar for destemming, gentle crushing and fermentation in temperature-controlled steel vats. This is followed by a period of maceration of 26 days followed by maturation in new French barrels for 15 months. The wine is aged in the bottle for 18 months before release.
