Wine that results from the production of talha wines following traditional methods with the Trincadeira, Aragonês and Tinta Grossa varieties. Ruby color. Aroma of red fruits and some jam with a dry taste, with some volume and an elegant and long aftertaste. It has DOC Alentejo certification and is the wine that best represents the tradition of carved wine from vineyards located in the Parish of Vila Alva

For this range, in S. Martinho, the best wines are chosen and the wine remains in these until February/March of the following year, with about 5 to 6 months of skin contact, and only then bottled. These are complex and gastronomic wines.
