This 2019 100% Alicante Bouschet red wine is the ninth vintage of a set of monovarietal wines signed by Tiago Cabaço. The Alicante variety is widely recognized and performed in the Alentejo for the excellent results given its full potential and the richness of the terroir.
From a special plot of Alicante Bouschet, one of the favorite varieties, they selected the best grapes that gave body, shape and character to this monovarietal.
The grapes, after destemming, were trodden by foot in modern stainless steel presses with temperature control, followed by aging in French oak barrels and prolonged aging in the bottle. Alcohol 15% vol.
