It presents a yellow citrus color, with an intense aroma in which the citrus fruits are well evidenced with a touch of cream. In the mouth, the attack is dense, with well-marked acidity but can be exaggerated. Rich retro in the middle of the test. It ends up with a lot of freshness and persistence. It goes well with both fish and roasted meat dishes, and due to its acidity it goes perfectly with simpler fish and seafood.

Description

Very gastronomic wooded white resulting from typical Portuguese grape varieties, Antão Vaz gives the typical Alentejo, Verdelho gives exuberance and exotic fruit and Arinto offers acidity.

Especially Arinto (70%), with Tamarez, Alicante Branco, Antão Vaz and Gouveio. Intense and deep, with light barrel smokiness involving the many citrus notes of lemon zest.

In the mouth it is distinguished by its enormous elegance, with beautiful citrus acidity, crunchy and incisive, light toasted giving it complexity and refinement.
