Rosé wine that combines the freshness of the youngest harvest, with the complexity of the aging on lees, which only the oldest harvests can provide. It is fine and complex, while still being fresh and simple, as a great Rosé should be. Superbly accompanies fish, seafood and salads, Indian, Thai and sushi dishes. It has volume and structure for white meat dishes. Store at 6-8ºC to be served at 10ºC and drunk at 12ºC.
