Dez Tostões Rosé is a very poor terroir wine of schist or granitic origin. Produced from the Syrah variety, this Rosé is very balanced. In order to accompany our cuisine, Dez Tostões Rosé is fresh, young and elegant, but due to its alcohol content and work carried out in the cellar, it is equally structured, persistent and gastronomic.
Manual harvest in 20kg boxes. Firstly, the bunches are subjected to a selection on a sorting table and then the grapes are crushed and transported to the fermentation vats without the help of pumps. At low temperature, they are left to macerate between 3 to 6 hours. In order to preserve all its aromatic potential, the resulting Sangria spontaneously ferments at 12ºC.
Contains sulfites.
