The Selected Colheita is a salmon colored Rosé with a delicate aroma of red fruit from the forest and pomegranates. In the mouth it has a dry profile, with good acidity and a very pleasant finish.

VINIFICATION
Total destemming, light pressing of the grapes. Vinification in stainless steel vats and French barrels, with fermentation temperatures at around 15º C. Aging for 4 months in French and American wood.
SERVICE AND LONGEVITY
It should be served at temperatures of 6º to 8º C.
